“Grace is not your average agent. We were looking for land to build our custom dream home. Originally, we were looking at land for a modular home but that was more difficult than anticipated. Then, Grace came along to help. She suggested we expand our search to new developments with builders that could provide customizations for us. We found a lot in a new development that was exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, it was under agreement. We continued to look for land and at other sub-developments, but then we got a call from Grace on the original property. The selling agent contacted Grace to let her know it became available and because Grace kept in touch with us, they reached out to us first.
